If you are in-between categories consider this:

Some players have smooth even tempo swings and others tend to be faster with more abrupt motions. If you are on the smooth swing group you should lean in the direction of "easy". However, if you know your tempo is on the quick side then favor the category with more carry.

For example, player A knows he typically carries his Driver about 200 yards. He has been playing for several years and has a smooth swing. Player A should answer "Easy". Player B carries his Driver in the neighborhood of 280 yards. His swing is abrupt and quick. Player B should answer "Aggressive".
