Shipping information

Nothing is more important to us than getting your clubs to you in perfect condition, on time and for a reasonable price. We have tried all the major carriers and used almost every service they offer. Currently, the best choice for most shipments is United Parcel Service or UPS. The only exception is for APO and FPO shipments which are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

When will I get my clubs?

Our goal is to ship your clubs within 24 to 48 business hours. If there is a delay we will notify you by email. Delivery example: a customer orders a set of irons and woods on Tuesday morning. The order is processed on Tuesday afternoon. The order is pulled and phase one assembly is completed on Tuesday afternoon. The second assembly phase is completed on Wednesday morning. The order is packed and shipped on Wednesday afternoon. The customer selected 2nd day delivery and receives the order on Friday.

Free UPS Ground Service: on orders $99.00 and above shipping in the United States

Discounted International Express Service: on all orders! Our express rates are heavily discounted on orders shipping to Europe, Central America, Asia, Australia and anywhere else UPS delivers. Most International orders are delivered within 5 business days or less.

Exceptions and disclaimers

Golf bags are shipped separately UPS groung only. Due to the high cost of shipping large packages internationally GigaGolf cannot ship golf club bags out of the US. International orders may be subject to taxes associated with a countries import laws. These laws are different from country to country. If there is one, the tax is determined by the destination countries customs.
