Order Process

All GigaGolf orders are made to the customer's specification after the order is received and credit is authorized. We strive to manufacture and ship you order within 48 business hours. You will receive several emails through out the building process including a UPS tracking number on the evening your clubs are shipped. Please authorize your spam filter to receive emails from gigagolf.com.

Back orders

We strive to keep all items in stock, but unforeseen inventory shortages do occur. If one of the components needed to complete your order is out of stock, you will be contacted with in 48 hours and made aware of your options.


Stock and accessory orders may be changed or cancelled before shipment. A custom order can be changed or cancelled before it goes into production. A custom order that is in production cannot be cancelled. A custom order that is in production can be changed in most cases. If a customer makes a change to a custom order that is in production a change order fee of $12.50 will be applied plus a charge for the components that have to be remade as a result of the change. Certified Pre-owned clubs are processed when the order is placed, thus, cannot be changed.
